Health Mats needed a body that could handle high-volume mat deliveries in dense service areas. So we designed a body with forward-sliding side doors to make getting in and out of the truck in narrow alleys and busy city streets easy.

A low step well brings the entry threshold down to near ground level, cutting the climb for drivers and making the full-height opening easier to move through, especially on routes with dozens of stops. Inside, reinforced door pockets and integrated E-track give delivery crews the flexibility to secure all types of floor mats and facility service gear.

The floor is diamond plate over wood so its durable and grippy Scuff panels line the walls to hold up against constant loading. Bright LED dome lights with a built-in timer keep the interior well-lit, even during early-morning stops. Every option in this build was chosen to make the job easier, safer, and faster.
