Behind every Victory truck body is a team of engineers dedicated to precision, performance, and problem-solving.

Demountable Concepts rapidly outgrew their facility and acquires additional land for future expansion. Swap body delivery trucks became the gold standard in the furniture, building supply, wine and spirits, and snack food industries.

Demountable moved into a brand new, custom built 50,000 sq/ft manufacturing building. The new facility has dedicated welding stations, a press brake, shear, CNC plasma cutter, overhead cranes, truck-sized paint booth, and plenty of yard space.  

In 2007 the U.S. is struck by a recession and the demand for truck bodies and trailers declines. Companies are repairing equipment instead of purchasing new. Demountable starts DCI Fleet to provide repair and fabrication services.

Implementation of the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) business management framework. It provides a structured approach to running a business through six key components: Vision, Data, People, Process, Issues, and Traction.

All three divisions experience substantial growth, and Demountable again starts to outgrow their facility. Additional land on the same street is purchased for expansion. Demountable now employs nearly 100 people.
