Rustin Cassway is the co-founder and president of Victory Truck Body, Inc. He began selling demountable truck bodies while still in college, and in 1989 co-founded Demountable Concepts with Frank Fisher, starting with $50 in seed money and just two employees. Their swap body system let delivery fleets preload bodies while trucks were on the road, cutting the number of trucks distributors needed, and it became the the best kept secret in the furniture, building supply, wine and spirits, and snack food industries. Today the company he built, renamed Victory Truck Body in 2025, employs nearly 100 people across 115,000 square feet of manufacturing space in New Jersey, spanning the Victory, Demountable Concepts, and MyGlassTruck brands.
