Our galvanized bumpers are something we're proud to put our name on. We hot-dip galvanize every bumper we build here at Victory. Why? Our mission is to make good design the standard for everything we build. Good design means more than a clean CAD file. It can be found in the materials you choose for every component.  

Hot-dip galvanizing sumberges the entire bumper in a bath of molten zinc. The coating permeates every surface including the welds and corners where rust usually starts. Unlike paint or powder coat, the zinc bonds to the steel itself, so it won't chip or peel. Even when it takes a scratch, the zinc around it keeps protecting the steel.

We cut our teeth working with companies here in the Northeast. Bone-chilling winters, salt-covered roads, and humid summers put a truck body to the test. This experience informs the materials we use in the design of our flagship truck body. It's why our bumpers will still look like Victory bumpers after years on the road.
